St Andrews Walking Tour More Info:

We want you to see the best of St Andrews, hear some amazing stories about the town and see the town from a local point of view. This will be a private tour for you and those you choose to bring with you. We can even tailor each tour to your own needs to make sure that each experience is a personal, fun and very memorable. Our tour doesn't follow set routes and each tour is often different from the last.

Tour cost:
£250 + booking fee for first 4 people.
£20pp thereafter (i.e, 6 people would be £290, 7 people £320 etc)

2.5 hour sample tour of St Andrews:

*Start off from the main entrance to the British Golf Museum (Bruce Embankment, St Andrews, KY16 9AB) or your hotel.
*Learn about who St Andrew was and how he inspired the flag of Scotland.
* See the 18th hole and stand on the Swilcan bridge.
*Visit stunning university buildings of Scotland's oldest university.
*See the historic sights of St Andrews Cathedral.
*Hear about student traditions hundreds of years old we still celebrate today.
*Find out why students don't want to step on the initials "PH" at St Salvators.
*See the church where John Knox first preached.
* See where Prince William lived and where he would hang out with Kate.
*Visit the grave of old and young Tom Morris.
*Get recommendations about places to eat and drink.
DON'T FORGET:
A good sturdy pair of shoes, we will be doing a lot of walking
A bottle of water
Suitable clothing (check the weather before the tour)
A little bit extra money if we stop for a food/refreshments.
